Supply Chain Demand Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Demand Planning Specialist to manage end-to-end inventory optimization and supply chain this role you will be responsible for ensuring product availability while balancing stock efficiency through data-driven forecasting and proactive supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end performance metrics including availability spoilage and DOH (Days On Hand) across all product groups.

• Integrate promotions special days and seasonality into demand forecasts by collaborating closely with Category and Marketing departments.

• Analyze inventory levels at central and local warehouses to optimize safety stock usage and implement preventative measures.

• Conduct Zero/Slow Mover analyses and develop action plans to liquidate stagnant inventory.

• Ensure the timely accurate and complete transmission of supplier orders.

• Develop innovative solutions to improve supplier fill rate performance and appointment scheduling compliance.

• Manage daily allocation and transfer orders from central warehouses to local hubs in coordination with the Logistics department adhering to route plans and daily outbound capacities.

• Conduct data analysis and develop strategic actions to improve Forecast Accuracy.

• Utilize exploratory data analysis and visualization techniques to transform complex data into meaningful business insights.

• Create and maintain user-friendly dashboards performance indicators and metrics tailored to supply chain needs.

• Monitor department KPIs regularly and prepare decision-support presentations for senior management.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.

• 2 years of relevant experience in demand planning inventory management or supply chain operations.

• Advanced level of MS Office Applications (especially Excel) experience with ERP systems and supplier management portals is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills

• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business proficiency in English

• Ambitious confident and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
