The Brand Partnership Studio brings streamers visibility and value across Twitch and Amazon through strategic brand partnerships. We enable brands to win in the creator economy by delivering what their target audiences and Twitch viewers want - programs that harness Twitch streamers and community behaviors with compelling content and tech.
Reporting to the Creative Strategy Lead US the Associate Creative Strategist will be a key player contributing to the Brand Partnership Studio mission within the New York office. You will guide brands on how to best leverage Twitch streamers the gaming industry and live streaming technology to reach customers in a meaningful way.
Key job responsibilities
You will respond to client RFPs with compelling proposals that serve the brands needs while leveraging the best of Twitchs platform products and talent.
You will participate in client meetings pitches and collaborative work sessions helping to translate and communicate Twitchs value to advertising clients
You will help articulate ideas and proposals to sellers media agencies and clients to ensure theyre effectively communicated.
You will contribute to campaign conceptualization in a fast-paced collaborative environment while managing multiple projects with various stakeholders
You will help identify advertiser vertical needs and content gaps contributing to the creation of proactive packages to address them
You will ensure that all concepts delivered meet Amazons bar-raising standard.
About the team
BPS is Amazons in-house content and tech team supporting the ideation and execution of custom content sponsorships and technology on Twitch.
- Bachelors degree
- 2 years contributing to creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team with demonstrated ability to support campaign development and deliver quality work
- Contributed to creative development of innovative campaigns from concept to delivery
- Assisted in presenting creative concepts to stakeholders and executives developing presentation skills and learning to articulate strategic rationale
- Supported multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Collaborated with cross-functional partners including product consumer research and marketing teams to gather insights and contribute to creative strategy development
- Applied marketing fundamentals to support the creation of advertising solutions with eagerness to continue learning and growing strategic capabilities
- Familiarity with the Twitch platform and enthusiasm for Twitch advertising with demonstrated interest in gaming culture and streaming content

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
