Job Summary
Tasks
- Develop and implement advanced AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Lead research initiatives to explore new AI technologies and methodologies ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior AI engineers fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
- Participate in project planning and management ensuring AI projects are delivered on time and meet organizational commitments.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI development with a strong focus on machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience with programming languages such as Python R or Java and familiarity with AI libraries and tools like TensorFlow PyTorch or Keras.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment reflecting the companys value of Challenge.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively convey complex AI concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
