| Job Description | Required Skills & Experience Required Experience & Skills Design develop debug and test embedded firmware using Embedded C. Experience in MPLab IDE for development (or anything similar is mandatory). Implement and follow Git-based version control workflows (branching merging code reviews) Develop and use Python scripts for automation testing tooling or validation activities Perform unit testing integration testing and support system-level debugging Collaborate with hardware validation and systems teams to resolve issues and improve product quality Contribute to technical documentation and coding standards Preferred Skills Experience with microcontrollers and low-level hardware interfaces Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g. UART SPI I2C CAN) Familiarity with embedded debugging tools and techniques Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
