Job description

Should have more than 8 years of experience in EMS with knowledge related to SMT (Wave Hand Robotic selective) solderings Test Backend Assembly Potting Conformal Coating Wash process inline/ Xray Depanelization (V-grove Router) AOI FPT ICT Press Fit.
Knowledge in RFQ process (includes Provides Manufacturing Cost NRE)
Experience in Developing Should cost Model for PCBA Bare PCB Displays Antenna & Sensor.
Should be able to develop idle process flow based on the BoM and assembly requirements.
Should have experience in providing suitable panel proposal for PCB supplier based on EMS Line capability.
Should know basic understanding of each PCBA manufacturing equipment make and its specification.
Prior experience in NPI (5 years) is required.
Prior experience in RFQ (5 years) is required.
Prior experience in Global sourcing (5 Years) is required
Vendor/Supplier Management.
Basic Knowledge in Should Cost & Could Cost.
Prior experience in Advanced excel & Macros
Complete understanding on BOM (capability of understanding different Levels of BOM)
Basic knowledge in ECN / ECO process.
Data Analytics with Python.
Knowledge in DFM/DFX is added advantage
Knowledge in Test cycle time and Test NRE will be added advantage.
