Amazon Transportation ServicesATS部門では年々売上が増加お客様へのデリバリー数が増加している中これからもお客様に確実に商品をお届けしていくべく配送ネットワーク構築の強化を行っております特に最終出荷の配送拠点からお客様までのラストワンマイルの輸送事業においてはAmazonだけではなく世界中で業界の変革が求められておりこれまでにない革新的な配送サービスネットワークの構築を早急に行う事が必要となっています
今回はそんなチャレンジングな課題に対し常識を覆すような革新的な配送網を一緒に作り上げる意欲的なメンバーを募集します
本チームはAmazonの配送ネットワークを維持拡大するための重要な任務を担当しており主に大手の配送パートナーのキャパシティ確保配送品質改善顧客体験向上のための各種プロジェクトを通してさらなる変革が求められるデリバリービジネスの中長期的な協業戦略立案と策定を行います
本ポジションはその中でも大手配送パートナー会社との間で発生する様々なプロジェクトを社内外のステークホルダーと調整しながら実行をしていきますまた輸送オペレーションにおけるファンクションを担いながら平時および繁忙期における配送品質/配送スピード改善に貢献します

キャパシティネットワーク構築
繁忙期および需要変動に対応する配送キャパシティの確保
安定的な配送ネットワークの構築と拡大
戦略的パートナーシップ構築
配送パートナーとの中長期的な協業関係の構築
地域特性に応じた持続可能な配送モデルの共同開発
地域課題に対する配送パートナーとの共同ソリューション開発
契約書を含む各種ドキュメントの整備および管理
コスト最適化効率化
配送ネットワーク全体の効率化に向けた施策の立案実行
データに基づく配送効率化施策の立案実行
イノベーション推進
新たな配送モデルの提案実装
業界変革に向けた革新的な配送ソリューションの開発
ステークホルダー連携
上位マネジメント層を含む社内ステークホルダーとの連携によるプロジェクトおよび戦略の立案推進
社内外の関係者との調整を通じたプロジェクトの実行管理

- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 2 years of supply chain experience
- Bachelors degree
- Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps)
- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and a strong appetite for embracing new technologies and ideas
- Experience in English-language communication skills both written and verbal
