Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 Per hr. on w2.
Job Summary
Join a dynamic commercial team supporting manufacturing operations for fire pumps and water pumps. The Technical Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in ensuring smooth order processing managing customer interactions and coordinating with internal departments. This role focuses on order management rather than technical product troubleshooting and requires strong system proficiency and customer communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive review and accurately process customer orders
  • Verify and edit order details for completeness and accuracy
  • Enter and manage orders in systems such as LN eLogia and ESP-REP
  • Maintain and update customer order databases
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status delivery complaints and product availability
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve issues
  • Generate inter-departmental requests for product availability and expedite orders
  • Evaluate stock levels against shipping schedules
  • Handle customer communication professionally and ensure high satisfaction
  • Support internal coordination across departments to streamline operations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor/Manager
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of customer service experience (technical or B2B preferred)
  • 2 years of college/technical schooling OR 5 years of technical work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP or Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Technical aptitude and basic math skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Experience handling order entry and processing
  • Proficiency in a second language
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
