Social Services PractitionerRenders clinical psychosocial services to the patients and their families of all ages (neonate to geriatric). Assesses patients psychosocial needs and makes referrals to appropriate facilities or community agencies; and provides crisis intervention and bereavement counseling.
requirement:
Day Shift - M-F 8am-5pm ONSITE. Looking for 2 experience in clinical/social work. Hospital clinical work experience is a plus. LCSW is preferred Masters is preferred CSWA is preferred. Primary Care setting right across the street from the AHPL hospital. Asking them to support other clinics and Work Experience:Bachelors Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelors): RequiredMasters Degree in social work or equivalent combination of education/experience: RequiredThree years experience in a social agency hospital or other organization dealing with health and/or welfare: PreferredLicenses/Certifications:Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW): Preferred
