What is this role

As a Customer Experience Agent for Cirkul you will be the first point of contact with customers and will engage with them via email phone and chat answering questions about Cirkul products and representing our mission values and voice.

Shift: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

What does an average day look like

Driving Results: Troubleshoot customer questions issues or complaints quickly and efficiently. Working across multiple communication channels (phone chat room email) to ensure availability to customer questions.
Taking Ownership: Master our internal management system in order to efficiently and effectively help our customers.
Making Decisions: Think creatively about ways to optimize each customers experience.
Cultivating Relationships: Provide a high-quality customer experience. Relaying customer insights to appropriate parties to resolve shipping quality or website issues.
Instilling Trust: Communicate clearly and consistently with customers in a timely manner.
Customer Focus: Provide above and beyond customer service in all interactions.

What background should you have

• 1-3 years experience working in a fast-paced customer facing role
• Comfortable working across multiple communication channels including phone email chat etc.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with ability to adapt to brand tone of voice
• Strong typing and computer skills
• Ecommerce or Direct To Consumer experience working with Gorgias Shopify or Shipstation is preferred.
• Associates Degree preferred
