Job Summary
Our client a leading infrastructure contractor delivering major water and civil projects is seeking a Quality Coordinator to support the delivery of a significant pipeline infrastructure project.
About the Role
This role plays a key part in maintaining and improving quality systems across construction and engineering activities. You will work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with quality standards support audits and contribute to successful project delivery and handover
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and updating project Quality Plans and documentation
- Monitor compliance of construction teams subcontractors and suppliers
- Support internal and external quality audits
- Identify risks and ensure adherence to quality standards and processes
- Maintain quality records and documentation (including ITPs and checklists)
- Consolidate quality data and prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to drive best practice
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Engineering Science Quality Management or similar
- Experience in quality coordination within construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of quality systems and documentation (ITPs QA processes)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in water or utilities projects highly regarded
- Familiarity with Sydney Water standards is advantageous
