Job Summary
Your role and responsibilities
As a Pricing Key Account Expert you define and execute optimal pricing strategies for key accounts across the Americas and EMEA to strengthen partnerships and maximize total revenue.
Your role will include the following responsibilities:
Strategic Negotiations: You maintain and monitor pricing agreements with key accounts in the Americas and EMEA in collaboration with the Global Key Account team the Regions and Pricing Management to drive long-term revenue growth. You safeguard pricing quality and consistency by acting as a gatekeeper and monitoring adherence to pricing guidelines and company strategy.
Revenue Optimization: You develop and implement data-driven pricing proposals and strategies such as share-of-wallet and benchmark analyses specifically aimed at maximizing revenue.
Market & Trend Analysis: You drive sales price and profit performance discussions by rigorous monitoring KPIs and delivering E2E actionable insights and reporting. You act as a catalyst for strategic reviews by proactively flagging performance gaps and successes to trigger stakeholder discussions ensuring the execution of prioritized actions in alignment with the relevant stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration: You act as the central pricing point of contact for the Key Account team the regions and other relevant stakeholders across both the Americas and EMEA regions.
Knowledge Leadership: You provide expert advice and guidance to the pricing colleagues within TVH Group leveraging your established knowledge and experience to ensure the optimal performance of the Pricing & MI department.
How to succeed / Your profile
You have a Masters degree in Economics or a related field (or equivalent through experience).
You have excellent communication negotiation and business judgement skills.
You have strong analytical skills with a structured data-driven approach to problem-solving.
You have a hands-on mindset with the ability to work across functions locations and seniority levels.
You work independently and take initiative.
You are a communicative team player who is flexible and proactive.
You are based in Belgium or willing to relocate to Belgium.
You have excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
This position focuses on the Americas and EMEA. Occasional short trips are a plus. Due to the hour difference regular evening work is expected - compensable with later morning starts.
