About the role
Joining our team as a Technical Support Specialist you will collaborate with our cross-functional team
and provide technical support to the CSG product suit for our Customers.
What you will do
- Take ownership of the application support.
- Spot inefficiencies resolve bottlenecks and keep everything running like clockwork.
- Maintain billing SLA would be the major KPI in this role
You Should Have
- Minimum 4 years of experience in application support with the mandatory skill set as Oracle SQLPL/SQLUNIX.
- Good to have working knowledge on writing SQL queries PL/SQL blocks and shell scripts
- Should be able to write debug shell scripts Oracle Procedures and Packages.
- You thrive on teamwork can communicate and collaborate easily with your teammates.
