Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate complex technical initiatives across engineering product and operations teams in a fully remote environment.

In this role you will be responsible for driving end-to-end program execution aligning cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with exceptional program management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning execution and delivery of large-scale technical programs and initiatives

Collaborate with engineering product and business teams to define program scope objectives and timelines

Manage project roadmaps milestones risks and dependencies across multiple teams

Drive Agile and/or Scrum processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery

Translate business requirements into technical execution plans

Identify risks issues and bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies

Track and report program performance metrics KPIs and progress updates

Ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders

Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision-making

Oversee documentation of program plans processes and outcomes

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or related field

5 years of experience in technical program management project management or related role

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system architecture

Experience managing complex cross-functional technical programs

Proficiency with project management tools (Jira Confluence Asana or similar)

Familiarity with Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies

Excellent organizational analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to work independently in a remote distributed team environment

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (valid U.S. work permit required)

Preferred Qualifications

Masters degree or PMP PgMP or Scrum certification

Experience in cloud technologies (AWS Azure GCP)

Background in software engineering or technical leadership

Experience with DevOps CI/CD pipelines or infrastructure programs

Prior experience working in fully remote or global teams
