Are you confident resilient and keen to support young people in their education Local Education is recruiting new Cover Supervisors to join our growing team across Essex.

This training will prepare you for real-life classroom challenges with a focus on:

Managing behaviour using proven strategies and trauma-informed approaches.
Building confidence in leading classrooms and engaging students.
Understanding school routines safeguarding and professional expectations.
Practical roleplays and scenario-based learning so youre truly classroom ready.
