Location: Essex

Were working with a forward-thinking Alternative Provision school in Essex that is seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with students who may not thrive in mainstream education but have huge potential when given the right support.
About the Role:
Delivering Maths lessons tailored to small groups or individual learners
Supporting students with a range of needs including social emotional and behavioural challenges
Creating engaging accessible and differentiated lessons
Working collaboratively with a team of experienced and supportive staff
Helping to re-engage learners and build confidence in their abilities
Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or relevant teaching experience in an alternative or SEN setting
Strong subject knowledge in Maths
A patient empathetic and adaptable approach
Ability to build strong relationships and support students with complex needs
