Job Summary

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly motivated leader in the auto industry preferably with 5 years of experience. Position requires an organized team player with knowledge in the auto subprime field. Knowledge in controlling delinquency and loss is crucial. You must be able to cope with a highly competitive and fast paced environment. We are looking for the right leader to join our team you will be responsible to collect in a portfolio of delinquent accounts. Compensation is base pay with monthly bonus full time only.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work an assigned team collection portfolio
Manage a portfolio cradle/ grave
- Inbound/outbound calls
- Work with lead and team members
- Collect on uninsured accounts
- Skiptrace
- Work accounts up until repo or charge off status

QUALIFICATIONS:

We prefer the following qualifications:

Collection skills in auto finance 5 years; controlling loss
Strong leadership skills coaching and developing
Knowledge of computer functionality Microsoft Office products; Excel
Extensive knowledge of skip tracing
