负责无人驾驶矿卡系统在测试场的测试验证与问题闭环覆盖单车测试编组测试系统联调及常态化运行验证
该岗位是无人驾驶矿卡从可跑到可量产可运营的关键角色直接影响系统安全性稳定性和产能表现
岗位职责
一无人驾驶矿卡系统测试与验证
- 负责无人驾驶矿卡的功能测试系统测试与场景测试
- 验证无人驾驶系统在**装载Loading运输Hauling卸载Dumping加油Fueling停车Parking**等完整作业流程中的表现
- 覆盖人工/远程/自动驾驶模式切换及异常处理场景
二测试场景设计与执行
- 基于矿山实际工况设计测试场景包括
- 不同坡度弯道窄路会车场景
- 装卸点变化道路动态变化
- 恶劣天气低能见度通信波动等场景
- 执行单车测试多车协同与混行测试评估系统稳定性和效率
三测试数据分析与问题闭环
- 收集并分析测试数据日志和现场问题
- 对测试问题进行分类定位和复现推动问题闭环
- 与算法系统后台及安全团队协作验证修复效果
四测试流程与测试体系建设
- 测试现场安全管理
- 参与建立无人驾驶矿卡测试流程测试规范和测试用例库
- 支持 SIL / HIL / 实车测试结果之间的一致性验证
- 输出测试报告风险评估及阶段性测试结论
五现场支持与运营验证
- 支持无人驾驶矿卡在矿区的日常测试与试运行
- 参与常态化无人运行的稳定性验证与产能评估
- 协助梳理并文档化矿山无人驾驶典型作业流程与安全边界
任职要求
基本要求
- 本科及以上学历车辆工程自动化机械电子或计算机相关专业
- 3 年及以上整车测试无人驾驶测试或工程车辆测试经验
- 熟悉无人驾驶系统基本架构感知 / 定位 / 规划 / 控制
- 具备良好的现场问题分析与系统级思维能力
- 能适应测试场以及矿用现场环境
加分项优先考虑
- 有无人驾驶矿卡宽体车或工程机械测试经验
- 有矿山工地等封闭场景自动驾驶测试经验
