职责概述

控制油缸产品质量支持新产品质量控制和问题解决管理测量系统UT探伤协调自动化检验项目

工作职责

1 使用合适的量检具和各种精密测量工具检查分析检验零部件装配件扳金件夹具等的质量

2参与分析和诊断内部质量问题或外部客户关于产品或零件的质量投诉

3支持NPI检验过程设计特殊的检验模板或者量检具根据需要设定和编制复杂的精密测量设备的程序

4使用统计质量控制工具通过分析数据来识别产品质量问题的根本原因并建议问题纠正措施问题来源包括工厂内部问题和外部客户投诉反馈的问题

5实施测量系统分析如必要调整维修或者改造量检具和测量设备

6完成主管指定的其它任务

任职要求

1为人正直良好的人际沟通能力强烈的责任心和团队精神

2大专学历机械或者电气专业

3擅长机械图纸了解尺寸公差和相应测量方法

4擅长操作普通量检具如卡钳千分尺高度仪空气量仪等

5熟悉CMM/PMM操作

6熟悉ISO9001或者TS16949熟悉CAT质量标准和系统

7擅长质量控制和统计分析工具

8具备良好的计算机操作能力包括MS office办公软件

9至少5年检验或者质量控制相关的工作经验
