The Exterior Design Administrative Assistant will provide direct administrative support to the Exterior Design Coordinators Exterior Design Manager VP of Selections and VP of Product Development.
What Youll Do
- Assist Exterior Design Coordinators Exterior Design Manager VP of Selections and VP of Product Development with product accounts spreadsheets and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between various HQ departments Construction and Sales.
- Input and update information in database and spreadsheets:
- Accurately process Enhancement Change Orders (ECOs) for construction requests such as:
- Produce and analyze product data to identify trends in the market.
- Develop working knowledge of all company product lines specifications stages of construction and home elevation sketches.
- Coordinate in-person or virtual meeting schedules and locations.
- Oversee the maintenance of exterior selections samples (brick stone etc.).
- Maintain internal Selections Hub and the digital images within.
- Manage shared inbox daily and direct inquires to appropriate personnel/EDC.
RequirementsWhat Were Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent required Associates degree preferred.
- Requires at least 2 years of relevant administrative or customer service experience.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products including Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Current valid Drivers License with acceptable driving record.
