Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician with a passion for keeping critical utility systems running at their best Join our Maintenance & Reliability team and play a key role in ensuring the safe efficient and compliant performance of site utilities that support manufacturing labs and research operations. This is a handson fastpaced role where your expertise will directly impact equipment reliability safety and overall site performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform corrective preventative and predictive maintenance on critical utility systems including HVAC boilers chillers and clean utilities (e.g. WFI).
  • Diagnose faults resolve equipment issues and ensure right first time technical execution while meeting cGMP and EHS standards.
  • Support external contractors on site ensuring safe systems of work permit compliance and high-quality performance.
  • Contribute to reliability improvements root cause investigations and utility-related CAPEX projects.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in line with ALCOA principles and complete CMMS updates reports and quality event follow-up.
  • Uphold a strong safety culture through risk assessments incident response and good housekeeping.

Knowledge skills and experience:

  • Hands-on maintenance experience from a manufacturing site ideally pharma.
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities across utilities equipment (HVAC boilers compressed air chilled water clean utilities systems etc.).
  • Time-served apprenticeship in Mechanical Electrical or Refrigeration discipline.
  • Ability to work independently manage competing priorities and maintain a high customer focus.
