We are seeking aMarketing Coordinator to join our Marketing and Admissions team to proactively support LFAs student journey and experience.

Undertakes key projects and tasks to support the student recruitment target including implementing seasonal marketing nurture and conversion campaigns creating engaging written content developing clearly defined social media plans and supporting the LFA online community. The post holder should havestrong communicationskills and a proactive face-to-face approach to working directly with students to promote and support student-led content creation. This involves being present on set to capture content such as behind-the-scenes footage and interviews as well as collaborating closely with students to generate their own content for our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write compelling and engaging high-quality copy and articles across all our channels including blog emailweband social media.
  • Create copy and content for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and generate data-driven reports to track the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Implement the social media strategy across the selected channels.
  • Confidently proofread andprovidefeedback on work from colleaguesto ensure consistency of style and the production of high-quality materials.
  • Supportforcrucial LFA events including the annual showcase open days andstudent recruitment events.
  • Criticallyevaluate ideas and informationin line with the LFA style guide.
  • Create engagingvisual content for social media channels.
  • Organise andmaintaindigital assets and the infrastructure of marketing materials.
  • Support buildingonline communities (platforms/social media) and coordinatingevents.

Essential Skillsand Experience

  • Proficiencyin social media platforms.
  • Strong communicationskills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders face to face as well as online and over the phone.
  • Experienceinusing CMSand OSsystems.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and effectively juggle multiple projects.
  • Strong writing skills
  • Attention to detail and producing work to the highest standards.
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design i.e. Canva.
  • Ability to track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Experience in supporting virtual and in-person events i.e. open house
  • Strong communicationskills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience inworking in Higher Education with students
  • Passion for film
  • Strong writingproficiencyfor blogs and articles

Role Details

  • Hours of work: full-time 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid style of working with at least 3 days a week on siteat 52aWalhamGrove London SW6 1QR
  • Salary:Circa 30k per annum
