Senior WebLogic Administrator

Main Objectives and Activities

• Architect deploy and maintainWebLogic clustersinhigh-availability (HA)anddisaster recovery (DR)configurations.
• DesignDR strategiesand lead failover testing for RTO/RPO adherence
• Optimize JVM thread pools JDBC and JMS for high-throughput financial transactions.
• Conductroot-cause analysis (RCA)for critical incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Manage and monitor WebLogic server environments to ensure high availability and performance.
• Perform regular system and application deployments and updates.
• Configure and optimize server settings and application performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure security measures are in place and maintained for WebLogic environments.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to support application lifecycle management.
• Maintain and document configuration changes and system processes.
• Create configure backup and restore a WebLogic Server domain cluster and authentication provider
• Ensure installations meet standards and technical specifications
• Plan install build manage support configure secure and test WebLogic infrastructure components and connectivity
• Support multiple WebLogic 14.x Servers and J2EE applications in a High Availability environment
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support services for web infrastructure
• Assist in the planning and execution of disaster recovery failover testing
• Perform 24x7 on call duties on a rotation basis with the other WebLogic administrator
• Perform scheduled maintenance patching and security compliance
• Perform and automate manual application deployments and housekeeping activities.
• Understand and follow existing change management processes.
• Provide clarifications and regular Knowledge Transfer sessions to WebLogic team
• Performing installations configurations patching backups and disaster recovery testing.
• Be part of the DevSecOps teams to support and run CI/CD process for Flexcube UBS v14.x
• Able to travel to Cambodia for business trip when required

Education

• Bachelors or Masters / University degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.

• 
  Oracle WebLogic Certification (OCP/OCM)

Experience and Skills Required

• 3 years of experience in WebLogic server administration.
• Proven experience with WebLogic server configurations deployments and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Java applications and middleware technologies.
• WebLogic security: SAML/OAuth LDAP integration WAF policies.
• Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Working Experience of configuring Oracle Flexcube UBS v14.x
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Working experience in Bank/Financial domain related projects.
• Problem-solving and good analytical skills
• Ability to work on tight deadlines under pressure
• Ability to create and maintain strong working relationship with colleagues and/or customers.
• Good Communication Skills and Team work.
• Ability to utilize in-depth knowledge of leading-edge products and technology in conjunction with industry and business skills
