We have a newopportunity for an experienced workers compensation SeniorAssociate or Special Counsel to join our rapidly growing Insurancepractice based in our Darwin office.

The InsuranceWA team is a defendant insurance legal team working acrossStatutory Insurance matters including workers compensationrecoveries and compulsory third-party matters.

Our InsuranceWA team has approximately 90 people located across Darwin Perthand Adelaide. This is a fantastic hands-on role with significantlearning development and progression opportunities and theopportunity to work closely with interesting clients and alongsidehighly regarded partners and lawyers.

Aboutyou

You willideally have the following skills and experience:

• at least 5 years of post-admission experience within Workers Compensation;
• ideally you will have experience on the defendant side however we will also consider candidates with a plaintiff background who are keen to move into a defendant practice;
• a genuine interest in contributing to the growth and success of our insurance practice in Darwin;
• clear concise legal writing skills; and
• strong attention to detail.
