Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Occupational Therapists in delivering therapy interventions based on established care plans
- Provide hands-on support to patients to improve daily living skills and functional mobility
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with therapy team members to ensure effective patient care
- Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment
Key Requirements:
- Active COTA certification and state licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care practices
