What Youll Do:

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer youll play a key role in developing and maintaining the Validaide platform a critical tool used by pharmaceutical companies and logistics providers worldwide. You will:

• Design develop and maintain backend features in the Validaide platform
• Own and improve services tools and processes to ensure operational excellence
• Collaborate with QA product owners and fellow developers to deliver secure and maintainable features
• Write clean well-documented code and participate in code reviews
• Develop and maintain automated tests using PHPUnit and Behat
• Create and update technical documentation for new and existing systems
• Optimise performance and scalability of the application
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Annex 11

What Youll Bring:

• 6 years of experience in software development
• Strong programming skills in PHP and Symfony with solid MySQL knowledge
• Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (Twig vanilla JS jQuery)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) deployment tools (Ansible) and test automation (Behat)
• Comfortable working in English and collaborating across teams
• Interest in contributing to meaningful work in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
• Willingness to learn new technologies (e.g. Java/Spring Boot )
• Open to long-term growth with the team
