Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Global Supply Quality Manager located in Jiading Shanghai.
GSQE Manageris responsible forleading the global supplier quality organization driving supplier quality strategy managing highrisk commodities and ensuring suppliers consistently meet Flex quality compliance and customer requirements across the full product lifecycle.
To manager GSQE Team for both Power module and Custom Power within Flex Embedded Power
What a typical day looks like:
- Lead coach and develop a global team of GSQEs ensuring clear accountability capability growth and performance management
- Oversee supplier quality control activities includingannual audits QBR reviews PCN reviews and supplier risk assessments
- Ensure implementation and effectiveness ofSupplier Quality Assurance Plans (SQAP)for new suppliers and new components
- Act as the primary quality interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders includingR&D NPI Manufacturing Supply Chain and customers
- Provide technical leadership for key commodities particularly forPower Supply Products and Battery Backup Unitsused in AI data centers
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- Bachelors degree or higher inQuality Management Electronic Engineering Electrical Automation or related engineering fields
- Expert knowledge ofsupplier quality management systemsand audit methodologies
- Strong command of quality tools and techniques:8D 5Why SPC FMEA APQP CIP
- Proven ability to manage complex supplier quality issues escalations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong background working with suppliers for power electronics mechanical or energyrelated commodities
- Strong people leadership coaching and stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent crossfunctional coordination skills with the ability to influence across regions and organizations
- ProficiencyinEnglish(written and spoken)
