HEAD OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT
GABROVO BULGARIA (relocation support available)
FULL TIME/ ON SITE / DAY SHIFT

If you have experience in building stable processes driving standards and leading quality with confidence this role might be your next step.

Ceratizit Bulgaria part of the Plansee Group is a global leader in hard material solutions and tooling technologies with over 100 years of expertise. As we continue to grow we are looking for a Head of Quality Management to strengthen and further develop our quality standards and processes on a local and group level.

Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team quality professionals
Drive the stabilization and continuous improvement of quality processes
Ensure implementation and compliance with international quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001)
Plan and oversee internal audit programs and follow-up actions
Manage incoming in-process and final quality control activities

Maintain and further develop the Quality Management System and related documentation

Act as a key partner to internal stakeholders and the international group on all quality-related topics

Support a culture of quality accountability and continuous improvement across the organization

Qualifications:
University degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management (leadership experience is a strong advantage)
Solid understanding of quality standards audits and certification processes
Experience in manufacturing environment
Internal Auditor certification (or equivalent) is preferred
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Fluent English (German is a plus)
Structured detail-oriented and proactive mindset
