What Youll Do
- Drive New Business Identify and pursue high-value opportunities across key industries through strategic prospecting and networking
- Build Relationships That Stick Develop long-term partnerships with new and existing customers
- Create Smart Custom Solutions Collaborate with operations to design tailored freight forwarding solutions
- Own the Pitch Deliver clear compelling presentations that communicate value
- Close & Grow Accounts Convert opportunities into revenue and expand existing business
- Stay Organized & Accountable Accurately track activity and pipeline in CRM
- Collaborate to Win Work cross-functionally with operations marketing and finance to deliver results
What It Takes to Win Here
- Proven success in global freight forwarding or logistics sales
- Strong understanding of the global logistics and supply chain industry
- Ability to network and open doors within the business community
- Competitive mindset with a drive to grow and improve
- Strong communication negotiation and closing skills
- Self-starter with a proactive results-driven approach
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
