Job Summary
**1500.00 SIGN ON BONUS**
Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Lake Havasu AZ at 2082 Mesquite Avenue Suite 114 Lake Havasu AZ 86403
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7:00 am 3:30 pm and rotating Saturdays 8:00 am 12:00 pm; additional days/hours as needed
Job Responsibilities:
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Collect specimens for drug screens paternity tests alcohol tests etc.
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Process billing information and collect payments when required
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Maintain patient and specimen information logs
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist
Bilingual in English / Spanish
Additional Job Standards:
In lieu of work experience a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Flexibility to work overtime as needed

We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a Patient Service Center. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the addition you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.
PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
