Pay Rate: $10.00
Key Components:
The University Advancement Office is seeking a thoughtful detail-minded individual to provide administrative support for the Advancement Operations team. This position will run errands for the office and perform other administrative duties as assigned. Job functions include running errands on and off-campus to pick up items needed for the office filing incoming mail managing the upkeep of breakroom facilities serving as backup on answering the phones in the office and special projects which will be assigned as they arise.
- In a student employee capacity may perform or assist with similar functions of an administrative associate or office manager.
- Driving is required

- Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (i.e. Microsoft Office suite)
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Dependability and punctuality
- Provide general office administrative or clerical support
- May assist with handling incoming and outgoing correspondence including phone calls messages and mail
- May assist with routing and resolving questions or information requests
- May assist with document preparation filing office records
- Ensure confidentiality of all pertinent information
- May assist with office supplies and organization of common areas
- May assist with data entry tasks spreadsheets and reports
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylors mission
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
