Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator serves as a key liaison between Cruise Planners Home Office franchise advisors and external agency partners to ensure the seamless execution of marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day marketing operations including fielding inquiries reviewing and approving brand-compliant materials and coordinating marketing communications. By balancing operational details with creative collaboration the Marketing Coordinator helps drive brand consistency advisor engagement and the overall success of Cruise Planners marketing programs.
Responsibilities
- Independently field marketing questions and requests in the inbox and respond promptly with guidance answers compliance approvals/denials while adhering to Cruise Planners Brand Guidelines and policies. Includes problem solving liaising with Ansira fulfillment agency partner initiating new projects by providing scope creative brief and timeline to Creative Director.
- Reviews advisor ad grant submissions for brand compliance and eligibility and process their reimbursements.
- Writes and prepares Marketing Monday email to advisors with weekly marketing initiatives updates deadlines.
- Prepares weekly presentation for CP Live broadcast including marketing announcements and updates; participate in the weekly broadcast as panelist to answer marketing questions.
- Coordinates all collateral promo items convention and advertising deliverables for team needs.
- Maintains the marketing section in CP Genie training portal for franchisees.
- Acts as primary point of contact for Ansira partner agency and manage allocation of agent marketing funds incentives artwork upload reporting participate in all meetings.
- Manages marketing job trafficking including the scheduling of project tasks milestones and deliverables.
- Partners closely with Business Development and Care Team to ensure all marketing initiatives programs and updates benefiting advisors are clearly understood and consistently communicated internally.
- Receives and reviews franchise status reports to ensure terminated owners/associates are promptly deactivated from CP Pod accounts.
- Troubleshoots marketing-related issues and provide solutions escalating when necessary.
