Job Summary
The designer will be a key addition to the team contributing across multiple workstreams alongside the Senior Design Manager and fellow designers.
Key Responsibilities Solution Design- Contribute to the end-to-end design of analytics experiences including:
- Data visualization interfaces
- Dashboards and reporting workflows
- Data configuration experiences
- Simplify complex problems and drive high-quality scalable design solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers Engineers and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Translate ambiguous business needs into clear and actionable design directions.
- Support the integration of various analytics capabilities into the platform.
- Apply systems thinking to navigate platform-level complexity and interconnected workflows.
- Contribute to AI-native analytics experiences including:
- Proactive insights
- Conversational interfaces
- Agentic workflows
- Help evolve the platforms AI-driven user experience strategy.
- Work closely with peer design teams across the organization using Platform Analytics components.
- Enable teams to apply design patterns effectively and consistently.
- Support cross-functional execution and design alignment.
- Present design rationale clearly to leadership and iterate based on feedback.

- Bachelors degree in:
- Design
- Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
- Computer Science
- Or related fields
Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
Ideal Candidate Profile- Senior Individual Contributor (IC4 equivalent or above) with experience handling complex and ambiguous design challenges independently.
- Strong background in analytics and BI product design especially enterprise/business-user-focused products.
- Experience designing enterprise SaaS or platform products at scale.
- Prior exposure to platform integrations and ecosystem-level design complexity.
- Comfortable participating in leadership discussions with strong decision-making and openness to feedback.
- Experience working in Agile/Sprint-based product environments.
