Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
Lead the daily management of department duties including allocating labor leading meetings assigning job duties and communicating with internal and external suppliers
Provide seasonal relief coverage for Area Managers
Provide policy follow-up attendance tracking (duties do not extend to discipline)
Track and report ATS labor hours; maintenance of hours and schedules
Assist the floor as an associate resource training associates and verifying SOP compliance
Ensure successful area performance through tracking reporting and feedback of associate performance
Escalate performance / disciplinary action to HR Team and Vendor Coaches for temp associates and Area Managers for Amazonian associates
Troubleshoot problems through to resolution escalating to manager as needed
Perform production duties as needed
Fully understand workflow and daily production goals
Review and update SOP as required
Assist in keeping work area clean and organized
Identify and address safety hazards within the work area
Participate and drive safety initiatives; Coach associates to work safely at all times
Refer all job injuries immediately to area manager
- 1 years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours and be able to frequently push pull squat bend and reach
- Work 40 hours/week and overtime as required
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

The starting pay for this position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
