Job Title: Customer Support Analyst Intermediate (AV & IT Support)
Location: Tallahassee FL
Duration: 2 Months (Possible Extension)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Analyst (Intermediate) with a strong background in Audio-Visual (AV) systems and IT support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up maintaining and troubleshooting AV equipment for live events while also providing Tier 2 technical support for IT systems and end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install configure and operate AV equipment (projectors microphones video monitors sound systems Teams Rooms)
- Provide support for live events and digital meeting platforms (Microsoft Teams Zoom)
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for AV and IT-related issues
- Manage and resolve Service Desk tickets (Tier 2 support)
- Support computer systems software printers and peripherals
- Maintain and test AV equipment; ensure operational readiness
- Assist in conference room setup layout and acoustics optimization
- Coordinate repairs service calls and equipment inventory
- Maintain technical documentation and service records
- Provide user training and technical guidance on AV systems
- Assist with workstation support and PC replacements
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (vocational/technical education preferred)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Projection systems LCD displays video conferencing tools
- Wireless presentation systems & AV control systems
- Strong knowledge of:
- Computer hardware software and firmware
- LAN/WAN environments
- Microsoft technologies (Windows OS Office Outlook)
- Proven ability in advanced troubleshooting across AV and IT systems
- Experience with ticketing systems and support environments
