Job Title: Physical Therapist (Outpatient Ortho)

Location -Aberdeen MD

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic clinic. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced therapists and new graduates including first-time travelers who are comfortable working in a structured and productivity-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions in an outpatient setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Manage a daily caseload of 1214 patients
Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week
Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care

Schedule & Work Expectations:

Guaranteed 36 hours/week with the expectation to work up to 40 hours
Overtime must be approved by the director prior to working additional hours
No floating to other clinics

Requirements:

Outpatient experience preferred
New graduates accepted
First-time travelers accepted
PTA candidates will not be considered
Active Physical Therapist license required
