Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing a consistent patient load and delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions in an outpatient setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Manage a daily caseload of 1214 patients
Maintain productivity expectations of 60 visits per week
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care

Schedule & Work Expectations:

Guaranteed 36 hours/week with the expectation to work up to 40 hours
Overtime must be approved by the director prior to working additional hours
No floating to other clinics

Requirements:

Outpatient experience preferred
New graduates accepted
First-time travelers accepted
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (active state license required)
