Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic setting providing high-quality care to an active patient population. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused adaptable and capable of managing a dynamic caseload in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Job Details:

Schedule: 5 Days/Week
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (up to 40 hours expected)
Patient Volume: 1214 patients/day
Productivity Expectation: 60 visits/week
Work Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Floating: Not required
Travel Team Option: Available at this or neighboring clinic

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients on treatment plans home exercises and injury prevention
Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently while maintaining quality care

Requirements:

Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific requirement)
Outpatient experience preferred
Strong clinical skills in orthopedic rehabilitation
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-productivity environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
