Job Summary
AlphaBEST Education Group Leader
Elementary schools within the Weld RE4 School District (Windsor/Severance area)
Pay: $16.25/ hour
Schedule:
- AM shifts: 6:30 am till 8:15 am (depending on location)
- PM shifts: 2:00 pm (depending on location) till 6:00 pm
- Summer Camp operates 7:00 am - 6:00 pm M-F

AlphaBEST Education provides extended day summer and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun safe environment.
As an AlphaBEST Group Leader youll help shape meaningful before and after-school moments that help kids learn grow and thrive.
Were looking for an early learning professional who:
- Enjoys working with children in a structured high-energy environment
- Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
- Is flexible reliable and ready to jump in wherever needed
In this role you will:
- Assist with daily curriculum activities (World Languages STEAM Fitness Maker and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactions
- Make child safety the top priority at all times
- Keep the space clean and organized
- Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
- Build strong relationships with teammates kids families and school staff
Heres what youll need:
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4). Your experience must be after you were 18 years or older
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
- Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
