Job Summary

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

The Chamberlin Group is seeking a Business Development Representative to engage with prospective clients to explain Chamberlins holistic planning process answer questions about services and determine whether the prospective clients needs are a good fit for Chamberlins holistic financial planning process.

We are a small financial planning and tax services firm located in St. Louis Missouri and serving clients nationwide since 2002. With a people-first culture built on integrity gratitude and community we focus on helping our clients retire better.


Responsibilities
  • Complete inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients who have expressed interest in learning more about Chamberlin through various marketing initiatives.
  • Explain and position the unique value proposition of Chamberlins holistic financial planning process.
  • Answer prospective clients questions provide educational resources and facilitate informational requests.
  • Schedulemeetings betweenqualified interested prospective clients andLead Advisors.
  • Make phone calls to follow up on missed appointments.
  • Attend educational seminars and engage with attendees schedule prospecting calls and helping to administer the event.
E
Education/Experience
  • Experience: Customer service inside sales or outside sales experience is preferred. Financial Services experience is preferred.
  • Education: College degree preferred.

Skills
  • Ability to build a strong rapport with our prospective clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal client service and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced evolving work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Google Suite HubSpot Zocks.
  • Superior organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
Hours
Full-Time 40 hours/week
Evening work is required: minimum 2 evenings (8 hours) per month

Compensation & Benefits
  • $60000 Bonus Potential
