BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
The Chamberlin Group is seeking a Business Development Representative to engage with prospective clients to explain Chamberlins holistic planning process answer questions about services and determine whether the prospective clients needs are a good fit for Chamberlins holistic financial planning process.
We are a small financial planning and tax services firm located in St. Louis Missouri and serving clients nationwide since 2002. With a people-first culture built on integrity gratitude and community we focus on helping our clients retire better.
Responsibilities- Complete inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients who have expressed interest in learning more about Chamberlin through various marketing initiatives.
- Explain and position the unique value proposition of Chamberlins holistic financial planning process.
- Answer prospective clients questions provide educational resources and facilitate informational requests.
- Schedulemeetings betweenqualified interested prospective clients andLead Advisors.
- Make phone calls to follow up on missed appointments.
- Attend educational seminars and engage with attendees schedule prospecting calls and helping to administer the event.

| Education/Experience | | | |
- Experience: Customer service inside sales or outside sales experience is preferred. Financial Services experience is preferred.
- Education: College degree preferred.
Skills- Ability to build a strong rapport with our prospective clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal client service and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced evolving work environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Google Suite HubSpot Zocks.
- Superior organizational and follow-through skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
HoursFull-Time 40 hours/week Evening work is required: minimum 2 evenings (8 hours) per monthCompensation & Benefits- $60000 Bonus Potential
