Job Summary
Head Womens Volleyball Coach
Cameron University an NCAA Division II member of the Lone Star Conference invites applications for Head Womens Volleyball Coach. This position directs the development organization and management of all phases of the womens volleyball program. Candidates must possess a strong commitment to a competitive NCAA Division II program and comply with all university conference and NCAA regulations.
Responsibilities Include:
Administers an athletics aid program
Recruits highly qualified student-athletes
Ensures strong academic success sportsmanship and positive citizenship
Effectively develops and executes team practices and game strategy
Develops team schedule
Budget management
Supervision of coaching staff
Team fundraising
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelors degree required. Masters degree preferred
Demonstrated history of success coaching at the collegiate level.
