Job Description
We are expanding our Data & AI Business Development team. Weve already seen the massive impact data & AI can have on our business and now were looking for a hands-on Business Developer to join our team and help us accelerate that journey.
We are looking for a person who is motivated by tangible business outcomes and enjoys working closely with people across the business to turn ideas into measurable business value.
What you will do
- Create the Why behind our initiatives. Youll use data and SQL to validate ideas and ensure we are prioritizing the projects with the highest potential impact.
- Drive the end-to-end journey of a data & AI initiative from early discovery and feasibility assessment to final rollout impact evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with people from different teams across Lendo Group to find where data & AI can have significant business impact.
- Act as the vital link & translator between our Data Science team Product & Tech teams and our Business units ensuring alignment and efficient execution.
- Contribute with your insights from the field to help shape the long-term strategy for the Group.
