AI Engineer

Were looking for an AI Engineer to join us at Telia.

Im Ashwani Pandita Head of B2B AI & Analytics SE IT and Im searching for someone ready to grow with us. Were a supportive forwardthinking team focused on building and scaling agentic and generative AI solutions that create real value for B2B customers.

What youll do:

Design build and operationalize agentic and generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.

Design and build Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions using Salesforce Agentforce Einstein AI and related Salesforce AI technologies
Develop AI agents using agentic frameworks such as ADK LangGraph CrewAI or similar
Build and optimize agentic workflows using LLMs prompt engineering orchestration frameworks and autonomous execution patterns
Integrate AI solutions with Salesforce ServiceNow APIs enterprise platforms and data systems
Manage deployment and lifecycle of AI solutions including CI/CD MLOps monitoring and production support
Continuously improve AI agents through testing evaluation optimization and feedback loops

What will help you thrive in this role:

You enjoy working at the intersection of AI engineering and business and youre comfortable building productiongrade solutions in complex environments.

Strong experience in AI machine learning and generative AI development
Handson experience with Salesforce Agentforce Einstein AI ADK or similar agentic frameworks
Strong understanding of AI agents autonomous workflows and agent orchestration concepts
Experience integrating AI systems with APIs enterprise applications and cloud platforms
Strong problemsolving communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

Exposure to multiagent systems and enterprise AI automation use cases
Understanding of AI governance compliance and responsible AI practices
Experience working in B2B telecom or large enterprise environments
