Alfred Health Care Group is seeking a dynamic Family Violence Program Lead to provide operational and clinical leadership to drive best-practice family violence responses across our organisation.
The Role
Are you an experienced Social Worker with a passion for leadership system improvement and delivering impactful responses to Family violence
This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing and strengthening the Family Violence Program across Alfred Health. You will work closely with senior clinical and operational Social work leaders to ensure the program is aligned effective and responsive to the needs of patients and families experiencing family violence.
You will play a central role in embedding evidence-based practice supporting staff capability and ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks including MARAM and Information Sharing Schemes.
