Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in an outpatient orthopedic setting. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions post-surgical recovery and functional impairments.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Manage a caseload of 1214 patients per day
Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week
Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as needed
Document patient progress and outcomes accurately
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity of care

Key Requirements:

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
Outpatient experience preferred
PTA candidates will not be considered
New grads and first-time travelers are welcome to apply
Strong communication and time management skills
