Job Summary
Position Title: Transaction Manager - Business Development
Location: Sion Mumbai
About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and strategic real estate professional to join our Business Development team with a sharp focus on Land Transaction Management. You will be responsible for handling transactions end-to-end while working closely with a diverse network of stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in Land Transactions
- Sound knowledge of local Development Control Regulations (DCR)
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation capabilities
- Strong Stakeholder and Tenant Management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end process of land transactions including Redevelopment Outright Purchase Joint Development etc.
- Identify engage and secure redevelopment opportunities through both direct engagement and the tendering process
- Evaluate and assess potential deals across residential and commercial segments by preparing detailed technical and financial feasibility assessments
- Coordinate with legal teams to draft and negotiate term sheets commercial agreements and other necessary documentations.
- Work closely with external consultants like architects legal advisors and liasoning consultants to ensure smooth execution
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with PMCs IPCs brokers and channel partners
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Post Graduate Degree.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in real estate preferably in land acquisition and transaction management
