Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join an outpatient clinic treating a high volume of Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) patients. The ideal candidate will have strong orthopedic skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced high-productivity environment while delivering quality patient care.

Job Details:

Schedule: 5 Days/Week
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (up to 40 hours expected)
Patient Volume: 1214 patients/day
Productivity Expectation: 60 visits/week
Work Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Floating: Not required
Travel Team Option: Available (clinic or neighboring clinic)

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and post-traumatic (MVA-related) injuries
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Educate patients on recovery injury prevention and home exercise programs
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality care standards

Requirements:

Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific)
Outpatient experience preferred
Experience with MVA/trauma cases strongly preferred
Strong clinical and decision-making skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-productivity setting
