| Required 5 years | AV (Audio Visual) & Conference Room Technology Support including configuration testing and MAC (Moves Ads Changes) describe |

| Required 5 years | Experienced with providing user support for AV collaboration platforms such as Zoom Webex Teams etc. describe |

| Required | Provide technical support for various other AV systems including collaboration platforms teleconferencing services etc. describe |

| Required | Support event spaces (auditoriums) standard meeting rooms (4-50 person capacity) huddle spaces trading floor areas & live event support describe |

| Required | Professional Positive Attitude Customer focus passionate about AV technology and support |
