What this job involves
Generating and converting valuations into new business opportunities
Building strong relationships with investors developersvendorsand buyers
Managing property pipelinesby providingregular vendor updates and pricing advice
Booking and conducting viewings negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
Sound likeyouTo apply you need to be / have:
High degree of integrity and professionalism
Minimum 2-3 years experience in residential sales within the London market
Proven ability to negotiate effectively and progress sales through to completion
Proventrack recordof achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
Local knowledge of Kew Bridge ChiswickGreenand surrounding areas (advantageous)
Experience conducting market appraisals or keen interest in learningproperty valuation
Commercial awareness understanding of local market dynamics and solutions-focused mindset
