Rate:350/day (Up to 400/day for exceptional candidates)
Contract Length:6-month rolling contract
Hours:Full-time 37 hours per week

Our client in Wigan is seeking aSenior Estates Surveyorto join their team on a6-month rolling contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead on high-value property disposals acquisitions valuations and asset managementhelping shape the boroughs future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead thedisposal and acquisitionof land and property assets.
- Manage theCouncils let estateand support strategic asset planning.
- Deliver accurateasset valuationsfor financial reporting and planning.
- Identify development and rationalisation opportunities across the portfolio.
- Liaise with tenants stakeholders internal departments and consultants to deliver effective estates solutions.
What Were Looking For:
- The ideal candidate will beMRICSqualified (or equivalent happy to consider candidate who arent MRICS) with solid public or private sector experience.
- Strong knowledge ofproperty law valuation disposals and estate management.
- Confident communicator and report writer with experience advising senior stakeholders.
- Able to manage complex portfolios and drive service improvements.
