Position Details:

Help Launch Our New Digestive Health Center (OPENING JUNE 2026) Now Hiring!

The Kathryn Ann Meinders Health Institute at Mercy Oklahoma City will be the only comprehensive health care center dedicated exclusively to digestive health within a 500-mile drive. The 52000 square feet has 7 procedure rooms 21 prep/recovery rooms a chapel ambulatory space for gastro-intestinal health care an inflammatory bowel disease clinic a hepatology clinic a motility lab education space and administrative offices.

Location: NEW FACILITY! Kathryn Ann Meinders Health Institute (off W Memorial Rd)

Shift: Full Time (40 hours/week)

Schedule Options: 5 8s (8a-4:30p or 10:30a-7p) Mon-Fri

Overview:

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of person(s) licensed by a State regulatory board to prescribe medication and treatment or under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.

  • Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.

  • Certification: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
